What is Detoxification?

Detoxing is a way to clean your body of harmful waste and blockages in your organs and systems to enable your entire body to work more efficiently. There are a variety of types of detoxifications that can be used, depending upon what your body is experiencing. 

Detoxification methods have been used for thousands of years and has been known to remove may illnesses and conditions.

How does Detoxing work?

We usually start with cleaning the colon and move on to cleaning the liver.  This can be help to eliminate migraines, skin conditions, digestive problems, sleep disturbances, or balance mood. We can remove parasites that come from meat that may cause heart disease and cancer. Detoxing the body will contribute to the healing of most conditions.

What programs do we use?  How long will it take?

We use a combination of juice, food, herbs and homeopathy, and can choose between six programs depending on the amount of time you have to devote to detoxing.  Options include a three day cleanse and work all the way up to a thirty day cleanse. Cleansing is a safe and effective way to get healthy and stay healthy.
